SafeOffice is a data consultancy and solutions provider.
As an independent data consultant with over a decade of experience, I provide professional advice and model and implement data solutions that are designed to be reliable, verifiable and long-term maintainable. I translate business logic into clear, maintainable and verifiable data solutions that are designed with every end user in mind, not just the client.
What makes SafeOffice different?
I listen to your ideas and assess their potential to help you achieve your goals. As a 'one-man show', I can focus entirely on your goals. This is also why I only take on a limited number of clients at any one time for solution implementation. I ensure that every project receives the attention it deserves.
I provide my clients with online tools. These tools enable clients to carry out certain processes independently and without fear for their data. For example, they can use a budget and Gantt chart creator, as well as an online spreadsheet analysis tool. Every client has their own password-protected area, of course.
Who are our primary clients?
Around 60% are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), 20% are tax advisors and law firms, and 10% are larger companies. The remaining 10% are non-profit organisations, which I am happy to support.
How does the SafeOffice Help Portal work?
The portal is divided into public and private sections. In the private, password-protected area, I provide my clients with information regarding their solutions. This may include general information, assistance and instructions, among other things. I use a different platform for video tutorials. Each client has their own secure area.
The public section is located at the start. Initially, I have decided to publish articles on a weekly basis. These will cover how to collect and process data, and implement solutions. The main focus will be Microsoft Excel, as it is an industry standard. However, I will also publish articles on data security, as this is a personal interest of mine.
